This fun and relaxed class will focus on wheel thrown forms with ceramic artist Amy Bourbon. All levels are welcome! Each class with have a demonstration by Amy and plenty of time for students to practice. New students will learn the basics by beginning with centering the clay, then moving on to making bowls and cylinders. Experienced students will come to class with their own goals of improving on the wheel, and/or decide on 2 group projects. This is a great opportunity to learn how to slow down, focus on creativity, and learn something new. Please bring an apron and a hand towel.
