Jewelry Making Class: Stacking Rings with Stone Setting

In this hands-on jewelry making class, students will learn how to create a stunning set of three stacking rings, featuring textured ring bands and a beautifully set stone. Through detailed demonstrations and guided practice, students will explore key jewelry fabrication techniques such as soldering, texturing, stone setting, and finishing.

Throughout the class, students will:

• Learn to solder: Master the technique of soldering to join the metal bands of your rings securely.

• Texture ring bands: Experiment with different texturing methods to add unique designs to your rings.

• Set a stone: Gain the skills needed to set a small carnelian, onyx, rose quartz or aventurine stone in a bezel cup, giving your ring a vibrant, personalized touch.

• Finish and polish: Learn how to properly finish and polish your rings, bringing out their shine and enhancing the overall design.
